1. Marketing Manager (MM-Sby)
This position oversees all marketing and membership activities in Sekolah Cikal. The work is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all school membership and marketing' strategies & activities, to meet organizational objectives. It also evaluates data & market conditions to implement marketing & membership activities as needed.

Qualification:
• Must have minimum Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing, or Public Relations. A postgraduate degree in related qualifications is beneficial.

2. General Affair Manager (MGA-Sby)
This position oversees and coordinates all service related to the school’s facilities. The work also provides for efficient and effective administrative practices in the daily operation of the school’s facilities. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, strategic planning that covers logistic, procurement, inventory, building equipment and maintenance as well as forecasting expenses for each division.

Qualification:
• Must have minimum Bachelor Degree in any field includes Architecture and Civil Engineering or Management.
• Must have minimum 3 years of hands on experience as Supervisor/Coordinator in General Affair area (Operations, Building/Asset Management, IT Infrastructure, and/ Procurement).
• Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be goal oriented, flexible and creative under pressure.
• Expert knowledge of planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities, such as pipelines, power plants, and water and sewage systems.

3. IT Manager (MIT-Sby)
This position oversees and coordinates technology related matters with top executive, planning upgrade of existing software and hardware. The work also monitors system analysis and computer programming as well as supervises the installation of computer, network, or computer-related equipment and components based on the school need.
Qualification:
• Must have minimum Bachelor Degree in any field includes system analysis, computer engineering, and computer science.
• Must have minimum 3 years of hands on experience as Supervisor/Coordinator in IT Department.
• Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be goal oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Expert knowledge of computer hardware and programming.

4. Procurement Staff (Proc-staff)
This position oversees preparing and managing requests for proposal, reviewing a large value purchase order reviewing bidding process, and negotiating with vendors. The work needs to be cost effective while also dealing with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues.

Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma degree, having degrees in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Purchasing is extremely helpful.
• 1+ year related experience
• Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Must have strong communication and team player.
