General Affair - Facility Manager

Description:

This position oversees and coordinates all services related to the school’s facilities. The work also provides for efficient and effective administrative practices in the daily operation of the school’s facilities. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, strategic planning that covers logistics, procurement, inventory, building equipment and maintenance as well as forecasting expenses for each division.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field includes architecture, civil engineer, management, etc.
  • Min. 3 years of hands-on experience as Supervisor/Coordinator in the General Affair area (Operations, Building/Asset Management, IT Infrastructure, Procurement, etc).
  • Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Accessibility: must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with all employees and must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the school effectively.
