Job Description:
- Drive revenue growth and achieve partnership targets through strategic business plans.
- Identify, secure, and manage partnerships that align with the school's objectives.
- Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and deliver win-win outcomes.
- Lead partnership activities, including events, activations, and campaigns, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor market trens, evaluate partner performance, and analyze competitor activities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing preferred.
- Excellent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & digital tools.
