“A year from now you may wish you had started today”. A quote by Karen Lamb. 2020, was a year filled with unexpected events. When the clock chimes at midnight, on January 1st, 2020. There were numerous things that I hoped for, a resolution I made for that year! Yet, along the way, there were a lot of surprising and unfortunate events, for instance: The Pandemic.

No one hoped for this virus to come, of what it has negatively impacted our world today. But for 2021, I’d like to think differently, to have a different perspective, to set a different plan. Don’t let the pandemic limit you from taking those opportunities, limit you from being active and productive. To keep you from supporting change and spreading kindness. However, the goals you have chosen, plans that you have set. Keep in mind to always follow the safety protocols.

Speaking of change and spreading kindness, for 2021. A couple of things that I would like to achieve personally; to focus on my education and outside of school activities. I’d like to keep on prioritizing my website, to keep on writing and motivating others. To inform and have the society read stories about my very own traveling experience, to keep on raising an unpopular issue that we all should be more aware of.

To achieve this goal, I shall prioritize balancing my obligations and things that I’d like to accomplish this year. But I suppose to speak on behalf of us all, from what we can do now. Let’s prioritize our health by taking the positive aspect from this opportunity or turn it into something profounding, for whatever it is that you’d like to focus on in 2021, set the goal! Find your tactic! Like what they said, “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!”.
